Dan Marino’s Secret Love Child is a Secret No More
February 4, 2013
Yesterday, the New York Post came out with an exclusive first look article of an uncovered secret regarding former Miami Dolphin quarterback, Dan Marino. The exclusive news is that Marino had an affair with a CBS sports production assistant, Donna Savattere in 2005.
In June of 2005 Savattere gave birth to a baby girl, Chole and the father was Marino. A source told the New York Post that the affair and birth was all very secretive.
Marino did admitt to his dalliance saying, “This is a personal and private matter. I take full responsibility both personally and financially for my actions now as I did then,” he told The Post in a written statement. “We mutually agreed to keep our arrangement private to protect all parties involved.”
At the time of the affair and birth, Marino was married to his wife Claire, of 20 years, with whom he had six kids, including four sons and two adopted daughters.
In an interview yesterday Marino commented about the affair saying, “My wife and I have been married for almost 30 years and have six children together, and we continue to be a strong and loving family [despite the affair].”
Sources from the post said that Marino paid Savattere millions to raise Chloe, move to Texas and keep it quiet. All of the money gave her the chance to start living a wealthy lifestyle, though.
Savattere was reported to have been going back and forth between New York and Texas and made her way into the social scene.
Currently, Marino and ‘secret’ daughter Chloe are said to have meet and had meeting multiple times and they still continue.
