With November coming to an end, more make-ups, break-ups, babies, and drama is stirring in the celeb world.

The most recent thing is Lindsay Lohan getting arrested, yet again. She was arrested and charged with 3rd degree assault on Thursday in a club in Manhattan. Mark Nell told People Magazine exclusively that, “This morning at 4o’clock,  a dispute broke out at Avenue located at 116 10th Avenue. A female 26-year-old assaulted a female 28-year old. Lindsay Lohan was arrested and charged with assault.”  The other woman was not arrested at all and Lohan is currently on informal probation for an earlier charge of removing a necklace from a store and could face potential jail time if she is arrested again.

Another big story in Hollywood is Demi Moore’s reaction and actions to ex, Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis’s relationship. Moore, 49, and Kutcher’s, 34, marriage of 6 years ended last November and in result to this, she was hospitalized.  Since then she has endured intense scrutiny of her well-being. Friends of Moore told People that they are worried she is still not recovered and on top of this, she is “jealous and frustrated” of Kutcher’s current relationship. The most recent update with this came earlier this week when tabloids everywhere reported Moore is now dating 26 year old Vito Schnabel.

Last update is  no other than the Kardashians. It has been a year since divorce papers were filed for Kim and Kris Humphries, but they are still legally married. In People Magazine’s article they reported, “Ms. Kardashian is now handcuffed to Kris Humphries,” her A-list attorney Laura Wasser told an L.A. Superior Court judge Wednesday. “These delays are forcing her to be married. She wants to dissolve her marriage so she can move on with her life. I don’t think [Kris] has a case, it’s a fishing expedition.”  The judge for their case set a date to determine when their divorce trial will begin on February 15.
